  • Before Project Initiation: If you cancel your project before any design or development work begins, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Delayed Delivery: If we fail to deliver the project within the promised timeframe without prior notice or agreed extension, you may request a partial or full refund, depending on the progress made.
  • Non-Delivery of Service: If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver the service entirely, a full refund will be issued.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:

  • If the project has already been initiated and progress has been made based on your requirements.
  • If designs or mockups have been delivered and accepted by you.
  • If the project was delayed due to lack of communication, missing feedback, or delayed inputs from the client’s side.
  • If you change your mind or decide to go with another provider after work has started.

3. Partial Refunds

We may offer a partial refund in the following scenarios:

  • You’re not satisfied with the initial design concepts, and no final version has been delivered.
  • Project cancellation occurs mid-way, with mutual agreement on the portion of work completed.
